Messages

In the messages section, you can view all the conversations with your customers. You can also view messages from different users and archive chat.

We've added a rich text editor in this section, so that you can easily express your point to your customers.

After the conversation is over, an email is also generated to the customer, to make sure that, their issue has been resolved.
